1. Services
N1P Advisory, Inc. provides tax strategy, accounting, estate coordination, and financial advisory services. All services are subject to a separate engagement letter that outlines scope, fees, and responsibilities.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information in a timely manner. N1P Advisory relies on the information provided by clients and is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data.
3. Confidentiality
All client information is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or professional standards.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for services are outlined in the engagement letter. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. N1P Advisory reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
N1P Advisory's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. N1P Advisory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred for services rendered through the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
